The founder story

Performance improves when advice becomes a working factory system.

After spending 29 years inside garment factories, I realised that profit leakage rarely comes from a lack of effort. It persists when systems are unclear, data is delayed, responsibility is weak and problems are not closed. Navvi was created to solve these gaps through scientific diagnosis, practical implementation and technology-supported systems.

Across industrial engineering, production, quality, training and workforce systems, one pattern appeared repeatedly: management could see the problem, but the factory still needed a common baseline, clear ownership and a disciplined route to closure.

That experience shaped Navvi's approach. Scientific diagnosis is followed by operating design, training, floor-level implementation, management review and technology support where it improves visibility.

Company-led authority

Arjun provides the industry perspective behind the method. Navvi provides the structure, implementation ownership and continuity required to deliver it as a company.

Experience focus

A connected view of factory performance.

Navvi engagements connect technical, people and management systems because performance is created across their boundaries.

  • Industrial engineering and work measurement
  • Production and factory operations
  • Quality and problem closure
  • Operator training and skill development
  • HR and workforce systems
  • Cost, material and profit-leakage control
  • Management reviews and implementation leadership

Experience carried into Navvi

Three principles behind the company's implementation model.

Understand the factory as a connected system

Years across production, industrial engineering, quality, training and people systems created a cross-functional view of how factory performance is made.

Turn recurring problems into operating controls

The work centres on baselines, clear ownership, standard routines and management reviews that help teams close problems at their source.

Build a company that can carry the method forward

Navvi brings the method, implementation discipline and factory-focused technology together as a company-led transformation system.
